Spanrise provides a desktop compatibility shell. It does not sell, bundle or operate ChatGPT, and it does not grant access to any paid OpenAI service.

Product scope

Spanrise is an independent desktop compatibility application supplied by AI Solution. It provides a dedicated macOS window and related desktop controls; it does not provide an AI model, ChatGPT account or OpenAI subscription.

Third-party service

Use of ChatGPT remains governed by OpenAI's own terms, privacy practices and service availability. OpenAI operates its service separately from Spanrise and AI Solution.

Compatibility

Spanrise targets older Intel Macs using an older Chromium generation. Website or authentication changes outside Spanrise's control may affect future compatibility.

Trial and licensing

Spanrise includes a 30-day trial with no card required. A purchased perpetual license does not expire and permits indefinite use of the purchased edition on one active Mac. For licensing questions, contact AI Solution support. The current price is shown on the Pricing page.

Purchases and refunds

Online payments are processed through Stripe, which may make cards, digital wallets and PayPal available according to the customer's location and payment eligibility. The checkout collects the buyer’s full name and complete billing address, including street, city, postal code, state or province, and country, and presents the final amount before payment. AI Solution does not receive or store full card details.

After payment confirmation, a unique license key is created and displayed on the confirmation page. Keep the key private and save a copy. If delivery fails, contact info@aisolution.dev using the checkout email address.

Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and the terms presented at checkout. A full refund revokes the related license and its active installations. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Updates and compatibility

Maintenance updates within the same major release are intended to maintain compatibility and improve the app. A one-time license does not automatically include a future paid major release unless expressly stated. Because Spanrise displays a third-party web service on older systems, uninterrupted future compatibility cannot be guaranteed.

Responsibility

Keep a backup of important Mac data and install Spanrise only on a compatible system. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Spanrise is provided without a promise that every future change to macOS or the ChatGPT website will remain compatible. Statutory consumer protections remain unaffected.
