Before contacting support

• Confirm that the Mac uses an Intel processor.
• Record the macOS and Spanrise versions.
• Open License Status, copy the full License ID and include it in the request.
• Check whether ChatGPT opens normally in a browser.
• Never send passwords, cookies, license keys or conversation content.

Known compatibility boundary

Spanrise relies on a compatibility-focused Electron and Chromium build for Intel Macs running macOS 10.15–13, from Catalina through Ventura. Future changes to the ChatGPT website may require a Spanrise update.
